Refund and Returns Policy for OutSaliz

At OutSaliz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your coffee machine purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy. Please read the following details carefully to understand how you can return or exchange your product.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may return your coffee machine within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided that the product is:

  • In its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
  • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@outsaliz.com or call (585) 203-1011 to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Package the product securely, including all original packaging and accessories.
  3. Write the RA number clearly on the return box.
  4. Send the product to the following address:

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned coffee machine and inspect it, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will be happy to exchange it for the correct item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange an exchange.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Products without the original packaging or accessories.
  • Gift cards or sale items marked as non-returnable.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your coffee machine is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days. We will offer you a full refund or exchange, depending on your preference. We may ask for pictures of the damage to assist with the claim.

7. Shipping Costs
